Our pre and post-natal pregnancy exercise program promotes healthy movement and exercise during and after pregnancy. Birthing parents learn how to safely and actively move their bodies to help reduce the risk of developing gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, preeclampsia and proactively manage symptoms of urinary incontinence
